Increased Horizontal Machining Capability
We have added to our increasingly popular horizontal milling department. This department is known for its ability to reduce operations required for highly complex and multi-sided components. With a high speed spindle, 110 tool capacity robotic matrix, high pressure coolant, in machine probing and verification, as well as the latest in programming technology, we are able to reduce cycle times and operations. This leads to higher throughput and globally competitive pricing structures for our high volume demands. Improved and Increased CNC Sawing Capability
JC Machine currently houses two precision CNC controlled horizontal band saws. These saws are specially designed for CNC machine shops that require an accurate length cut while maintaining a straight edge. We can cut up to 10" diameter round or square stock in lengths accurately controlled from 1/8" (.125")-240". This allows us to increase our cutting ability and quality. Improved accuracy eliminates the need for preparation operations sometimes required before designed machining processes can begin.
Added Turning Centers Improve Throughput at JCMI
Increased turning capability and capacity continue to help JCMI provide its customers with the quality they demand. Our customers are constantly asking us to increase our capacity to enable them to grow while not risking quality. Our highly skilled team utilizes the technology provided, by the quality machine tools we partner with, to continually deliver precision components day in and day out.
JCMI adds Citizen Swiss Machines for Improved Quality and Productivity
Due to the need for more precision machined components in today's advanced manufacturing sector, JCMI has increased its high volume, small parts capability. We recently doubled our Swiss style turning department by partnering with Citizen-Cincom. These machines are widely recognized as the best in the industry and are equipped to run around the clock, providing close tolerance repeatability of complex machined components. Turning and milling are completed in one operation yielding a complete part, reducing the need for multiple set-ups and operator intervention. Therefore, reducing cost while increasing consistency and quality. Part diameters range from 1-20mm (.039"-.787").

JCMI Increases Capacity with an Okuma High Speed Machining Center
JCMI has added a new Okuma M560 machining center to increase our capacity. This new CNC mill allows us to utilize high speed machining methods to reduce cycle times and improve part finishes during 3D operations. Equipped with a 42" x 22" x 18" work envelope, 32 tool magazine, 15,000rpm spindle, tool and part probing, as well as many other performance features, this machine is a nice addition to our current milling department. BREAKING GROUND!!!!!
JC Machine, Inc. is moving!!! After forty-six years in our current facility, it is time to move. Our ground breaking commenced on September 26th, 2013. This new location will house both our machining and coating facilities, allowing us to seamlessly integrate our capabilities. The building is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2014. At 30,420 square feet, this building will allow us to continue expanding our business to better serve the industries that we have been fortunate to support for so long.

High Production 4-axis Milling Center.
We now offer high volume, precision, four axis milling. This newest addition, to our milling department, allows JCMI to increase spindle utilization and complete several operations in one set-up. Equipped with a pallet changer and four sided double-lock vise tombstones, we can cycle a large number of parts without interrupting the machining cycle. The machine is also equipped with a 110 tool robotic matrix system, 1000psi high pressure coolant system, Renishaw part and tool probing system, Concept 2000 high volume chip management system and 400mm pallet changer.
